Account Settings

You can reset your password by clicking on the 'Forgot Password" link on the login page. You will then be asked to enter your email address and we will send you a link to reset your password.
Yes, you can change your username or email address by going to the "Account Settings" page and selecting "Edit Profile". From there, you can update your username or email address.
Yes, you can delete your account by contacting our customer support team. Please note that deleting your account will permanently delete all your data and this can not be undone.
If a person leaves your organisation or is removed from your account, they will no longer have access to your data or account settings. However, all of their contributions - votes, comments and discussions - will remain.
If you would like to update your account information, log into your account and go to the 'Account settings' page. From there you can update your personal information, billing information, payment method and subscription details.
Absolutely. You can invite users to create their own account and join your organisation's account. Add them to groups, invite to relevant discussions and have them vote... easily and on-time!

Yes, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all our plans. If you are not satisfied with our service, you can request a refund by emailing X within 30 days of your purchase.
Refunds are usually processed within 3-5 business days. However, it may take longer depending on your payment method and back processing times. Please get in touch with us if you have not received your refund.

Billing

You can update your billing information by logging into your account and going to the 'Subscription' page. From there, you can update your payment details and billing information.
If you would like to change your subscription plan, log into your account and go to the 'Subscription' page. From there, you can select a new plan, check your payment method and your current plan will be automatically updated with the new plan you have selected.
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at anytime. Your account will remain active until the end of your subscription period. Cancelling is easy and can be done from within your account settings.

Account Removal

No, if you remove a user from your organisation or group all their data, votes, comments and discussions will remain in your organisation or group. Simply go to 'Users' and select 'Remove' next to their name. Their data will be available in your account.
